In most cases, the immediate temporary denture can be attached to the implants so you won’t have to worry about them slipping, shifting, or falling out. Why Provisional Dentures First?
We take time to get your treatment right. As with any oral surgery, your gums need time for the swelling to go down after the procedure. If we placed a permanent denture before your gums returned to normal, you could end up with wide gaps between the denture and gums.
